Dear Fellow Dames and Chevaliers,
Doubtless you have spent an indescribable amount of time at home recently: far from the places where dreams are born, that whisk you away from the routine of daily life. Right now, we need warmth, light, and a sparkle in our eyes! So, we are using all our savoir-faire and expertise to try to bring that sparkle to life!
I hope, this year, destiny will give us the chance to make a wish. Wildly extravagant, or softly sweet: spectacular, or simple. Catch the falling star, put it in your pocket. We cannot say for sure, but we try to plan to meet again, soon. Depending on the pandemic restrictions, we will organize our yearly investiture this time in Germany. It will be probably held in Saxony, near Dresden, in the month of September 2021. More detailed information will be given shortly.
Let me kindly remind those members of our Priory who have not yet transmitted their membership fee for this year, to do so. We need your contribution to prepare the coming events.
After 17 years a new book on the Order of St. Stanislas has been published. The topic not only covers the 250-year history of the Order but focuses in detail on the activities of the Order in the various priories of the world, especially during the last 20 years. It has 260 pages and is written in English, with more than 1,000 illustrations. The book is available at the Grand Priory of Germany at a price of 65 € plus shipping costs.
